 The role of the Order Quality Control Analyst is to create Network Management reports, to identify bad orders, and assessing order quality.

Role responsibilities and key focus areas:

  • Creating Network Management reports
  • Creating reports to identify bad orders
  • Assessing and approving/rejecting orders

Technical Skills and experience:

  • A person with sufficient computer skills to learn and build Siebel OBIEE reports and possibly Python and/or PowerBI skills to create Proof of Concept reports that can highlight order trouble.
  • The intention is that such reports will be created and verified through actual use and then put into production via the Vodacom IT procedures.
  • The output of this person will be primarily tools to assist in the identification of current and incorrect orders.
  • A person who is able to learn and understand the rules that govern order correctness and/or use the reports mentioned in (a) above.
  • The output of this person will be corrected orders that will support the work of the Project Management Office.
