Role responsibilities and key focus areas:

  • Customer liaison.
  • Scheduling Skills.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word).
  • Coordination of customer installations (scheduling and working with various suppliers/third parties).
  • Administration within our various internal systems (Siebel).

Technical Skills and experience:

  • Matric minimum requirement.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with Fibre administrative support.
  • Working with Bid-Stream provider.
  • Experience working in the telecoms industry.
  • Ability to build good relationships.
  • Previous experience in customer service and / or Call Centre.
  • Computer and telephone skills.
