Role responsibilities and key focus areas:

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Senior Account Executive with GLOBAL exposure to Communication Service Providers, Internet Service Providers, Infrastructure and Resellers in the ICT space, to join our Groove CPQ Sales team. You will be responsible for growing and closing new customers, managing accounts and generating revenue.

This role is critical because the CPQ space is red hot and we have the cutting edge, 100% Groove. Systems Native solution. We're growing fast and need coverage in all territories. We need a proven performer with Telco and / or CPQ SaaS experience, with a solid existing network and understands geographic issues and channel.

Your Impact:

Finding and closing business – Hunter / Go-Getter - Creating and executing a sales plan. Demonstrating our product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstration to meet prospect requirements. Reporting weekly on sales activity and forecast. Managing fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environment. Love to work hard and play hard. We believe in having fun as we succeed

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma essential
  • +8 years Solution Selling experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced O365 skills
  • Ability to pull proposals together and present accordingly
  • Experience of quota carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor
  • Proven record of sales success and overachievement
  • Working knowledge of CPQ / Quote to Cash market and Telco landscape
  • Hands on sales style including initial demonstrations of the product
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively
  • Global exposure to Telco, ISP and MSP markets incl. Africa and UK
  • Finance savvy (currency conversions)
