The Primary focus of the role is to document systems / solutions which are implemented in the Customers Business space, be it how the internal systems are setup, to how a customer solution has been implemented in AWS. This is not an external customer facing role. Liaising with members of the following teams:
A good all round IT understanding is required to ensure that documentation is well written and presentable to a technical and non-technical audience.
The role includes running with the AWS CSP (Cloud Service Provider) project, this involved communicating with AWS, internal IT technicians and finding solutions in the portfolio which would match the CSP AWS requirements.
Microsoft Billing, SPLA Audits and Reporting.
Understanding the Virtual Hosting Environment and ensuring that the Microsoft SPLA reports are generated very month.
