We are looking for a highly driven Data Analyst – Analytics & Visualization professional who wants more than repetitive reporting. Someone who wants to influence strategy, uncover meaningful insights, and build high impact visual experiences that shape operational and executive decisions.
You will work with large scale operational and technical datasets, transforming raw information into clear, actionable intelligence through advanced analytics and visually compelling dashboards.
📈 Designing and building interactive Power BI dashboards executives and operational teams rely on daily
🧠 Creating powerful data stories that simplify complex technical environments
📊 Identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities hidden within large datasets
🎯 Developing executive level KPI reporting and operational monitoring solutions
⚙️ Translating business and analytical requirements into intuitive, high value visualizations
🤖 Supporting automation, analytics workflows, and data preparation processes
✅ Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability across all analytics outputs
🤝 Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders

✔️ Strong Power BI experience, including:
✔️ Experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or analytics focused professional
✔️ The ability to turn large, messy datasets into meaningful insights
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
✔️ Confidence working independently while contributing effectively within a focused team
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and visual precision
🐍 Python, Pandas, or Polars
📡 Telecommunications or service provider environments
📉 Kibana dashboard development
🗂️ ELK stack exposure
📚 Data governance and data quality practices
🌐 Large scale telemetry, network, or operational datasets
