🔧 What You Bring

  • 2–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Technical Specialist

  • Strong background in technical environments, with repeatable cycles and systems

  • Experience in telecoms is a major plus

  • Solid understanding of system design, delivery, and deployment processes

  • Bonus: JIRA admin experience, ITIL certification, and a degree in IT/Engineering
