2â4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Technical Specialist
Strong background in technical environments, with repeatable cycles and systems
Experience in telecoms is a major plus
Solid understanding of system design, delivery, and deployment processes
Bonus: JIRA admin experience, ITIL certification, and a degree in IT/Engineering
You can speak both technical and business fluently
